Refund policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned item.

Card and Flutterwave payments: usually 5–10 working days. PayPal: usually within 5 working days. Bank transfers: refunded to the account that paid.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
